Majority of people do not have 'eyes' in the back of their head. However, a majority of people do possess a 'six' sense. The six sense allows you to feel (know) when someone is looking at you, following you, or standing to close for comfort. This extra sense activates on a need to basis, but sometimes it fails to activate when I am strongly focusing my attention on a task that I really want to complete; like watching YouTube videos.
