Xiomega3 White Chia Seeds are very rich in antioxidants, fiber, omega-3, calcium, and protein. These seeds can be add to soups, yogurt, salads, baked goods, and can be eaten just as they are. If these seeds are eaten alone, they have a light nutty flavor. However, when you incorporate these seeds with other foods the flavor is neutralized. One serving (3 tablespoons) has the same amount of protein as 1 scrabbled egg, the same amount of fiber as 1 cup of bran cereal, and 5,400 of omega-3.
