3/4 Liquid Diet Days: 3-5


Day 3: Liquids consumed: 1 gallon of Water Gallon of water consumed throughout the day. No Laxative consumed Food consumed: low fat peanut butter & Ritz crackers. No Bowel movement. Had a little gas Mood: irritable, tired, & hungry. Helpful mindset to have: Think positive thoughts, do not think about eating, & keep busy Key notes: get adequate sleep. I'm a night owl, but I'm paying for it when I wake up early in the morning. Rest = happiness.
Day 4:Liquids consumed: 1 gallon of Water Gallon of water consumed throughout the day. No Laxative consumed Food consumed: low fat peanut butter & Ritz crackers. Bake chicken, rice, and iceberg lettuce. No Bowel movement Mood: happy & well rested Helpful mindset to have: Think positive thoughts, do not think about eating, listen to your body Key notes: i really felt good today. I was well energized and felt light in a good way.
Day 5: Liquids consumed: 1 gallon of Water Gallon of water consumed throughout the day. Food consumed: low fat peanut butter & Ritz crackers. Bake chicken, rice, and iceberg lettuce. Solid bowel movement produced. Mood: happy & well rested
