Eating healthy may seem like a daunting task too many because "healthy" food hold the connotation of not being as delicious as "normal" food. Many people do not want to give up "taste" in order to achieve healthiness. If you have one or two vegetables that you truly enjoy eating you can't eat them every day because things get boring. Having a spiral vegetable slicer makes consuming vegetables that much easier because whole vegetables are not staring back at you. Varietyland Healthy Vegetable Spiralizer is a great tool to have to cooperate with vegetables into your diet

Varietyland Healthy Vegetable Spiralizer can be a great addition to anyone no matter if you are a vegetarian or a meat lover. This too is there a easy to use and clean. There are stainless steel blades at each and of the slicers that gives you a different thickness. The cleaning brush helps you get out the bits and pieces that may be stuck inside and outside of the tool. You can also clean this in the dishwasher. I really love the compact size because it allows for easy transporting and storage.

If you have never used a product like this before do not worry, there are instructions on the back of the box that clearly demonstrates how to use this product in pictures and in words. You can slice just about anything with this slicer. The end cap allows you to have maximum control when the items you are slicing becomes shortened. Also another thing to keep in mind is that even though the blades do not appear to be sharpe, they are truly sharp. So please take the necessary precautions when using this product. If you're looking for a product to help you incorporate more vegetables into your diet I would highly recommend getting a Varietyland Healthy Vegetable Spiralizer. You will not be disappointed with your purchase. Have you ever used a vegetable slicer?

Very cool! I think you are right about the healthy food and taste. I find most veggies bland. It's hard for me to eat them but I've really been trying to eat better lately.
