Let's Jump Rope!

Cardio is a great way to maintain weight, lose weight, or to just be active. There are a variety of exercises that you can do to get your daily cardio such as walking, jogging, and running. However there will be many days that you will not feel like going to the gym or you don't want to go outside but still want to get your daily cardio in.  For days like those, having a quality jump rope will definitely be handy. A jump rope can provide you the cardio workout that you are looking for in a short amount of time. The Limm Jump Rope is a great rope to have when you need one.

Many people may think a jump rope is a jump rope but that is not necessarily true. You can buy a jump rope for a dollar but you'll be getting exactly what you pay for. Cheap jump ropes serve the purpose of entertaining children and not helping adults workout. Believe me, I have tried using cheap jump ropes and with one false move they snap. Also the handles of very small and made of plastic and gripping them can be troubling sometime. With The  Limm Jump Rope you do not have to worry about any of this. This jump rope is truly made for adults.

The handles are thick enough to allow you to grip them comfortably. Also the black foam on the handles allow you to maintain control of the rope at all times because we all know what happens when you are gripping plastic and sweating at the same time. Also since this rope is very lightweight you'll be able to speed jump if you want to and you can carry this rope around with ease. A major plus about the Limm Jump Rope is that it is adjustable. When you are barely above 5'2 jump ropes can either be too short or too long. You can adjust this rope to fit your needs and the instructions on the back of a packaging give detailed instructions on how to do so and these instructions are easy to read and understand.

I would highly recommend getting a Limm Jump Rope. You will not be disappointed with the quality and it will help you achieve your cardio goals. Also for whatever reason you are not satisfied with this product you can get your money back guaranteed.

What exercises do you do for cardio?

I've tried jumping rope. It's hard! As a kid I used to jump for hours. Now, I need to work my endurance up again.

I can't even remember the last time I used a jump rope honestly. I normally use an elliptical machine or walk for my cardio. I do like the option to be able to adjust the length though.

Nice! I remember being quite smitten with jumping rope as a child. We even had after school jump rope clubs. I agree that you get what you pay for. This looks like a decent jump rope!

I'm like the others... it's been a very long time since I picked up a jump rope. The last time we had one in the house the girls stole it!
Now I squeeze in my cardio with my zumba. Someday's it's super easy some days I am dragging my feet. I walk quite a bit too so that helps.

Jumping rope has always been hard for me, but as I get older I see how cardio exercise is very important. For that reason I bought a stepper and I use it everyday for an hour or so...Like that there is no excuses

I use to jump rope way back when to stay in shape and it is really great exercise and gets your hear a pumping. Now due to my age and health, I walk for exercise.

As a child I played jump rope for hours each day. Back then I thought of jumping rope only as fun, I didn't realize it was exercise. I need to get bck to that.
