Fall Asleep Under The Sea

This is a sponsored post that contains affiliate links.

I can not fall asleep in complete silence. I do not know why this is the case, but I have been like this ever since I was a child. I would have the rain put me to sleep in the spring, the fan going during the summer months, set the TV on a timer to go off during the Fall, and the sound from the furnace in the winter put me right to sleep. Now that I am older the TV on a timer does the trick every-time. If you have a child that needs some background noise to go to sleep, Sleep Well For Kids Under The Sea Relax At Bedtime CD will help them will help them drift off to dream land.

Sleep Well For Kids Under The Sea Relax At Bedtime CD plays a very soothing and descriptive story that will have your child asleep in no time. The voice of narrator is calming and helps keep your  child's interest.  On your child's adventure they will encounter a variety of sea creatures. They will have friendly interactions with these creatures and end their adventure with a relaxing melody of music. The whole CD is about 42 minutes long and will help your child drift off to sleep. You can also listen to snippets of this CD at Here.

I am the same way. I fall asleep to a TV most nights but when I was young, I fell asleep to the sound of a fan. My kids do need help so I definitely entered the giveaway. Great suggestion!

I like to fall asleep to the sound of a fan but ocean waves would be relaxing too!

I like to have white noise when I fall asleep. I use an air purifier for allergies. and it puts me right to sleep!

I have to fall asleep to some white noise of some sort, typically a fan for me. I can imagine how peaceful waves must be and make you dream beachy thoughts!

I have to have TV or music on when I fall asleep; but I am trying to not have my kids rely on the same thing.

I was like you, I couldn't fall asleep without some type of noise in the background. However, now to be able to get a goodnight sleep I need total silence. LOL go figure.

I have to have complete darkness and silence (except for a fan.) My son on the other hand sleep so much better with noise. I will check out this CD for sure - thanks for sharing:)
