Knowing Your pH Level will Benefit Your Whole Body

When you go get a routine checkup the nurse might draw blood or take a urine sample. From either of these samples the nurse and doctor will be able to know how well (or not) your body is functioning on the inside. If you do not go to the doctor regularly you can still be your own advocate for your health by testing you pH levels. Testing your pH levels will let you know if you need to change your diet or not. HealthyWiser pH Test Strips For Saliva & Urine is a great tool to use to get helpful information about your health.

HealthyWiser pH Test Strips For Saliva & Urine are extremely simple to use, gives you an accurate reading every-time, and is affordable.  100 strips come in one container and it is important to keep them  in the container (when not being used)  so they will not become contaminated. The strips all start off  with the colors of the lowest pH level you can possible have. The instructions on the box are easy to understand and gives step by step directions on how to accurately use these strips.

Once a liquid comes in contact with this strip, it will change colors. Match the colors to the chart that is listed on the box to know what your pH level is. I love the simplicity of these stripes because in less than 15 seconds you will have information that is beneficial to you well-being. If your pH levels fall in the range of 7.0 to 7.45 you are in the normal range. Anything below 6.5 and below is acidic.

Having a acidic pH level can mean that your body is having difficult metabolizing food. This can lead to your liver and pancreas doing double the work making your body retain fat, not absorb nutrition properly, and having you feel sluggish. If you pH levels is on the acidic range removing things from your diet such as: soft drinks, nuts, cheese, caffeine and replacing them with water, soy beans, ripe fruits and vegetables can help change your pH levels for the better.

If your levels are too alkaline, your body will not absorb nutrients properly, your blood will not carry oxygen properly, and staying hydrated will be extremely difficult. Adding acidity to your diet will help bring your levels back down to a normal state. There are a variety of foods that are high in acidity like carrot juice, raw fruit, and seaweed. I would highly recommend using HealthyWiser pH Test Strips For Saliva & Urine. You will not be disappointed with the quality of this product.

I had no idea we can be tested for pH levels. I always thought that was just for our pool!

This is pretty interesting, I didn't even know you could do something like this at home. Thanks so much for all the info!

Wow! I had no idea that there were home tests for ph balance. I can see how knowing your numbers could help in maintaining your digestive health.

I didn't even know you could test at home. I remember testing ph when we had a pool - so sensitive to keep in balance and not being too acidic.
