Empanadas Tonight!

Dinner is one the best times to get the whole family together to enjoy great food, conversation, and laughter. Many people plan out their meals well in advance so everyone can know what will be for dinner during the week. Trying different items for dinner keeps from having the same meals over and over. If you are looking for something new to try, empanadas make for a delicious meal. Cassava Roasted Veggie and Grass-Fed Beef & Cheddar Empanadas will be a hit at any dinner table.

Cassava Roasted Veggie and Grass-Fed Beef & Cheddar Empanadas are well formed, made of quality ingredients, and very delicious. I fell in love with empanadas a couple of years ago when I had them for the first time at the restaurant my sister was working at for her degree in culinary arts. Ever since then I have not been able to find pre-made empanadas at any of my local grocery stores. However, thanks to Cassava I can have them delivered to my my door hot and ready to eat or pick them up pre-made (frozen) at a Whole Foods Market. I received the frozen pre-made ones that are sold in grocery stores and they get a grade A+ in my book.

Everything you need to know about these empanadas are clearly listed on  the back of the packaging. All of the empanadas are made from natural and or organic ingredients. So you can make a grocery list from the ingredient list on the package. The roasted veggie empanadas are made of cauliflower, broccoli, Parmesan cheese, and zucchini (to name a few wholesome ingredients).  The grass-fed beef and cheddar empanadas are made of bell peppers, sharp cheddar, and of course 100% grass-fed beef. The empanadas are shaped perfectly and well constructed to keep all of the contains inside during the baking process. It is noted on the bag that the baking time may vary depending on the type of equipment you are using. So you might have to check on them from time to time, but when they are done your whole house will be smelling lovely.

These are what the empanadas look like when they are done baking. The fatter one is the veggie and the thinner one is the grass-fed beef. Both empanadas are hearty and will definitely fill you up. I must give the veggies empanada a standing ovation. If you are not a vegetarian you might consider becoming one after you taste this empanada. All of the ingredients work so well with one another to create a supper flavorful filling. The grass-fed beef empanada gives you everything you expect from a empanada and more. The beef is tender and flavorful and the cheese gives it that extra kick. The crust for both is buttery and delicious.

I would highly recommend getting Cassava Roasted Veggie and Grass-Fed Beef & Cheddar Empanadas. You will not be disappointed with the quality and your whole family will love them.

I've never had them but my family love them! I really like that they use beef from grass-fed cows.

I really hope these are available where I live. I was just talking to my sister about having something like this as a dinner alternative or an after school snack for my kids (of which I would also imbibe!). I am going to be looking for them RIGHT AWAY! Can't wait.
