Step by Step

Staying fit and or losing weight can be a challenge if you simply can not allocate time to actively exercise. There are only so many hours in the day and one-third is devoted towards getting proper rest. Tweaking small action like taking the stairs instead of the elevator can make a huge difference overtime. Since seeing progress in some form is a great motivator. OZO Fitness Pedometer SC1 is a great way to keep track of your daily physical activity.

OZO Fitness Pedometer SC1 tracks your steps, calories burned, distance, duration, and keeps a log up to seven days.  I really like this pedometer because it has so many useful functions. The screen on this device is brightly lit and the reading are in large font so they can easily be read. The square button on the front of device allows you to switch to the different reading (such as calories, duration, etc). You will no longer have to play the guessing game of how long was I walking for or how many steps did I actually take. You will get clear accurate readings each and every time you use this device. It automatically reset its self for the next day and records ALL of your reading from the previous day. As you can see from the pictures below your reading can be accurately recorder in high numbers. I don't know anyone who is averaging one million steps, two-thousand miles, and fifteen hours of activity a day (lol).

You will be able to use this pedometer in five- eight minutes after taking it out of the box. The instructions are straight to the point and can easy to read/follow. The three buttons on the back of this device will help you set the time, how your want readings to displayed (i.e. lbs of kg), and allows you to see your stats for the whole week. The clip on the back is super sturdy and will not irritate your skin. It is very important to follow the quick tip (putting the pedometer in the center area of your waist) so it can accurately work/pick up on your movements.  I would highly recommend getting a OZO Fitness Pedometer SC1. you will not be disappointed with the overall quality and it literally has everything you need to keep track of your progress.

I always tell my husband that we need a pedometer before we go to Disney! I would love to see just how much we actually walk in a day there.

I use my pedometer every time I go walking. I am hoping to reach my goal this year of 10,000 steps daily.

This seems like a discreet and easy to use pedometer. I like that it only has three buttons to operate!

That looks like a nice pedometer and I actually really like the color. I've never owned a pedometer before, but I do use an app on my phone to record when I go walking :)
