Daily actives such as exercising, standing for long periods of time, and playing sports can take a toll on your body.  Your legs can only take so much before they 'give out' on you. Giving out can range from cramps to leg fractures. Wearing the proper socks can help protect your legs from injuries. Primary Health Sports Knee High Copper Compression Socks will give your legs the overall protection they need to keep you in motion.

Primary Health Sports Knee High Copper Compression Socks are well made, stylish, and really helpful.  These socks are made up from 83% nylon, 8% copper yarn, and 9% spandex.  Nylon is a very durable fabric that will not wear and tear or shrink as quickly as most fabrics. Also, nylons insulation and moisture control properties comes in handy if you are out in the elements or playing a sport. Copper yarn sterilizing properties gives these socks its antibacterial and anti-odor abilities.  These properties are super useful if you exercise/play sports and if you are standing for long periods of time. Spandex helps these socks conform to your legs effortlessly while maintaining maximum comfort.

The 'L' and 'R' stitching on these socks helps you to designate what sock belongs on what foot. Two sizes are available, medium (shoe size 5-8.5) and large (shoe size 9-13).  These socks are thick enough to help protect you from the elements (cold weather) and are breathable. No matter how long you wear them, they will remain comfortable and will not sift while you are in motion.

You will see a positive benefit on your legs performance after a day of wearing these socks. Your legs will not feel as tired or tight. Your shoes will not smell like a sweaty locker room. This is a major plus because having to put your shoes outside because they smell so bad is unacceptable. Also, if your legs tend to swell from using your legs for extend periods of time, you will see a significant decrease in swelling from wearing these socks. The stylish element of these socks allows you to publicly display them with confidence (there are some socks you wear out in public and there are some socks that are just for the home.

I've been told to wear compression socks on long flights, and I'm thinking I should try these on our next trip. They sound great.

I am taking a flight to Phoenix in January for work and this would be a good idea - I always get stuck on long delayed flights it seems.
