Ginseng Powers

This is a sponsored post that may contains affiliate links

My diet has changed for the better, but my body does not think so. I have a sweet tooth out of this world and cutting sweets completely from my diet for 40 straight days is taking its toll on me. Since my body is going through cookies, pies, cakes, candy, and specialty popcorn withdrawals; finding something to give me a boost throughout the day is vital.  I am a big proponent of taking dietary supplements and I take several supplements daily (with great results). So trying out Tuff Bear Nutrition American Ginseng is right up my alley.

Tuff Bear Nutrition American Ginseng is made with natural ginseng, has a host of benefits, and is easy to take. The only ingredient inside of the capsule is 100%  Wisconsin ginseng root. The capsule itself is made out of gelatin. You will not find any additives, fillers, or artificial flavors in this supplement. Depending on how you choose to take this supplement a 15-30 day supply is in each bottle.  It will take sometime to see results from taking any supplement, so I am patiently waiting.

Ginseng has a host of great benefits. Ginseng is shown to increase energy levels, boost the immune system, lower blood sugar, reduce stress, and helps lower cholesterol levels. 2 of the benefits that stood out to me were boosting energy levels and reducing stress. Changing my diet drastically has made me sluggish and irritable. I am only on day 8 of 40 (completely cutting sweets from my diet) and my mood is still the same as it was on day 1. Having a boost of energy would  make everyday tasks easier to complete. Also reducing my stress levels will help me interact and respond in a proper manner.

Tuff Bear Nutrition American Ginseng capsules has a earthy scent, does not have a bad aftertaste, and does not have harsh side effects. Everything you need to know about this supplement is clearly labeled on the bottle. It is recommended that you take 2-4  capsules a day. I would recommend starting off with 2 capsules a day and working you way up to 4 (if need be). You want to track how your body responds to taking this supplement.  Also, it must be noted that this supplement will not work the same for everyone. I might only see a boost in my energy will taking this supplement; while someone else may only see their blood sugar and cholesterol levels drop. Give Tuff Bear Nutrition American Ginseng adequate time to work for your body.

I received compensation in exchange for writing this review, but my opinions are my own

I enjoy ginseng tea to help with my concentration. Will have to check and see if there is any ginseng in my men's multi-vitamin.

Kudos to you on cutting sugar out of your diet for 40 straight days!
I don't know if I have the will power to even attempt such a feat to be totally honest with you.
I used Ginseng in the past but haven't in ages. I should try it again and see if it boosts my energy.

Ginseng is a great supplement!! I've taken it before. It helped me with suppressing my appetite during times when I just couldn't control it. I haven't tried this brand though.

I'm a sugar fiend myself and I worry about my body giving it up. I think I'd suffer withdrawal for sure!

I can't imagine giving up sugar - although I definitely need to at least cut down on it. I will have to check this out. I had no idea ginseng had so many health benefits.

My husband would love these. He's addicted to ginseng, but I don't eat anything with gelatin in it.

I've heard great things about Ginseng but I'm not one to take pills. Maybe in another form I'd be more down.

I would love to try ginseng. Is there a maximum to how many to take and dosing I can look into?

I had no idea that Ginseng could stop the sweet cravings. Wish I knew that a couple years ago when I cut most of the sugar and sweets out of my diet. I can tell you, it gets easier to go without sweets and soon you don't crave them. - Katy

I have a giant sweet tooth also! I can't take ginseng because it interacts with one of my meds but I've taken it before and had good results.

I appreciate you mentioning that it would act differently for different people. That's good to know.
