Personal Trainer Food 28 Day Weight Loss Meal Program!

There are hundreds of thousands of weight loss programs available to people looking to shed pounds. Finding one that you can 'stick with' is extremely important because if you don't do the work, you will not see any results. Researching a weight loss plan before you start is crucial to fully understanding what will be required of you. One weight loss program that I truly believe the mass majority of individuals seeking to lose weight can follow is the Personal Trainer Food 28 Day Weight Loss Meal Program . The Personal Trainer Food 28 Day Weight Loss Meal Program automatically does 85% of the work for you (my opinion). All you have to do is complete the other 15% which is following through and exercising.

The Personal Trainer Food 28 Day Weight Loss Meal Program consist of pre-made portion controlled meals geared towards helping you lose the maximum weight possible. Many people workout vigorously at the gym, but they never see any difference in their weight. Putting in time at the gym and ordering large quantities of fast-food cancels each other out. Eating healthier and lighter will help you achieve the results want.  Personal Trainer Food diet has you covered for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.

Box full of Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner
Clean out your freezer because you are going to need ALL of the space!

There are five meal plans to choose from: REV Women's Program, RECON Men's Program, 2 meals a day (Lunch & Dinner), 3 meals a day (breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner), and You Choose (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, & Snack). Each meal is flash frozen and packaged separately into microwaveable bags. I received my big box of Personal Trainer Food in 2 business days via FedEx. You need to make sure that you have adequate space in your freezer because you will be receiving a large volume of food at one time (see pic above). I opted to do the REV Women's Program diet and that included 28 breakfast, lunch, and dinners.

On the REV Women's Program diet the mass majority of the meals contains vegetables. I don't have a problem with this because I enjoy eating vegetables. The variety of the vegetable selection is impressive. Brussels sprouts, carrots, green beans, yellow squash, broccoli, and zucchini are some of the options you will be enjoying. Vegetables will be eaten for lunch (1 veg. 1 protein) and for dinner (2 veg.).

Breakfast also will be enjoyable, especially for egg lovers. 7 days out of the week you can have something different for breakfast while on this weight loss program. If you are not an egg lover like me, you are literally going to have to suck it up and eat them (unless you are allergic).  The egg options come in omelet and patty form. The meat options are maple sausage patty, regular sausage patty, and bacon. Eating breakfast in the morning will be 100 times easier because it is already pre-made.

The protein lunch options look delicious even while frozen. Lunch comes out to 1 protein and 1 vegetable. From the available selection, lunch will become my new favorite meal of the day. There is 100% Angus burgers, Gluten free breaded chicken, Cajun chicken breast, Fajita chicken, Meatballs, Buffalo ranch chicken stick, and a handful of more tasty looking options.  I will not get bored with the food options on this 28 day meal program.

My goals while on this diet is to lose up to 20 pounds by the end of the 28 days. I think this is a reasonable amount and doable if I stay on track with eating the pre-made meals properly & do the mandatory moderate exercise (walking for 20 minutes a day). I'm currently weigh 220 pounds and hopefully that changes in the course of 28 days.

I received this free in exchange for writing a review, but my opinions are my own

I have always found that the pre-packaged food works best for me when I'm trying to lose weight. This sounds like a great plan.
