Personal Trainer Food Diet! The Weight Loss Program that Works! Week 4

My fourth week on the  Personal Trainer Food diet program really went great. For breakfast I started eating more nuts/seeds and finished off the last sausage patties. I really did not like the flavor of raw sunflower seeds at first because they tasted super bland. However, baking them in the oven for about 10 minutes really helps bring out a totally different flavor.  Eating vegetables for breakfast is a first for me and it is quite satisfying.






Lunch as usual was super delicious and flavorful. I can honestly say that eating Personal Trainer Food diet food never got boring for me. Adding my own herbs and spices also helped. I literally ate a different meal everyday.  I was full after each meal and did not feel bloated or tired.




I REACHED MY GOAL!!  I am overjoyed that I was able to lose 20 pounds in the span of a month.  I lost a significant amount of weight and it was done naturally and safely. This weight loss will be permanent if I stick to eating meals similar to what I have been eating while on the Personal Trainer Food diet program. I can wholeheartedly say that this is a diet program that actually works.

wow way to go - that is a lofty goal for a month. I have been doing a plan since October and losing slowly - so far 43 lbs. It's amazing how much better we feel. ;)

Oh my goodness, 20 pounds is a great accomplishment. I've been eating more nuts as well but I've only lost 1 pound since deciding to lose a few pounds.

Congrats on losing weight the healthy way! Very impressive. I know it could not have been easy. I'm going to give this plan a try, for sure! :) I'm a professed chipsaholic. I don't buy them, but hubby does for when the guys come over to the man cave. Ugh..

Wow! That's a big accomplishment indeed in a span of a month? For some, it would a very challenging. It goes to show that the program you have is very effective for you. I will share this to my best friend who is looking for weight loss program. Her existing program isn't giving her good results.
