Personal Trainer Food Diet Round 3: Week 1 !

I am so excited to be starting a third round of Personal Trainer Food diet plan. My first two rounds on this program (Round 1 - Round 2) were extremely successful and I know I will have great results this time around too. The variety of food options are satisfying, nutritious, and greatly aids with losing weight. Personal Trainer Food takes on the frustrating task of meal prepping for me and allows me to focus on eating my pre-made meals (and other allowed food items), exercising, and enjoying life.

The last two times I was on the Personal Trainer Food diet plan I received 28 days worth of breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a single shipment. This was a lot of food to package in a freezer that was also being used for regular grocery items for a family of six. My family was very understanding and didn't mind playing Tetris battle when trying to fit things in the freezer. However, this time around there is no need to be a master at playing Tetris thanks to Personal Trainer Food 14 day Subscription meal plan. Getting a shipment of 14 days worth of breakfast, lunch, and dinner made putting the food in the freezer (with room to spare) a breeze.
Putting the food in shopping bags helped free up a lot of space too.

I opted to do the REV plan which is geared towards women to help produce the maximum weight loss possible. Since I have a slight allergy to eggs, for breakfast I was allowed to have vegetables instead of the regular breakfast menu items. I will be eating nothing but vegetables for breakfast and dinner. My meals for lunch will have some sort of meat protein and vegetables.  I am really looking forward to the boost of nutrients and detoxing powers all of these vegetables will provide for my body.

There are also new sauces available which I am really excited about because some days I miss having ketchup, barbecue sauce, mild-sauce, etc with my lunch and dinner. Having these sauces definitely help curb those cravings.

Lunch!

My first week results were good. When I last weighed myself while on this program I was 185 pounds. Before I started my third round I weighed 179 pounds. I lost a total of 4 pounds and I am extremely happy. When I am on my cycle I am never able to lose weight. I actually gain weight because my body goes into survival mode. So Hooray to losing 4 pounds!!!

Yay!!
I received this free in exchange for writing a review, but my opinions are my own

Good for you! Congrats on the loss of lbs , I am a believer in the planning of meals . I use an app to track my food too so I can know what I ate and see it all.
I hope this brings you a feeling of success and strength!
Good Luck!

Good for you! I love it when food comes out all portioned already. It takes the guess work out of everything and I know exactly how much I'm supposed to eat and that I'm staying on track.

You mentioned your on a food diet, I'm assuming you must be working out as well?
What are you doing on that end?

Congrats on the loss. I really need to start something like this after the first of the year. I don't think I'm in the right place mentally to start right now, but once I get through the holiday rush...

Awesome on the weight loss! This is such a great and important journey to be on, keep it up! The meals seem easy enough to keep up with.
