Personal Trainer Food Diet! The Weight Loss Program that Works! Week 1

This is a sponsored post that may contains affiliate links

My first week on the Personal Trainer Food diet was a success! The breakfast and lunch options all were delicious and satisfying. I still craved sweets like no other, but I was able to tap into some unforeseen willpower and managed not to cheat. The ease of the Personal Trainer Food diet plan is unmatched and I am looking forward to my continued results.

The pictures of the food below is what this diet plan consist of. You will be getting REAL food daily. You do not have to keep track of calories or maintain a point system. Each meal is made to help you feel full and lose weight. Majority of the breakfast options will consist of an omelet and a side of meat. Sometimes you will have two omelets for breakfast. The omelets range in variety and taste. You will get regular omelets, cheese omelets, and frittata style omelets. For meat options you will either get bacon of a sausage patty. Even-though I do not like eggs, I ate them any way because I want to follow this diet plan as it is intended. The bacon and sausage patty are flavorful and true to taste.

Lunch is the new dinner for me. Since I am on the REV plan, my largest meal will be lunch.  I really like this setup because I will not be in relax mode after eating. The lunch selections are great and I can practically eat a different meal each day. The food is properly seasoned and thoroughly cooked. The beef, chicken, and turkey are juicy even after being flash frozen and cooked in the microwave. You will not be disappointed with the taste, texture, or the amount of food you will receive in on serving.  The vegetable options seems endless. I really like the mixed vegetable option because I love carrots. In any given packet you can get vegetables that range from peas, broccoli, yellow squash, cauliflower, red peppers, edamame, and the list goes on.

For dinner I am suppose to eat two servings of vegetables. However I have been feeling so full and kind of sick (maybe it is from changing my diet drastically) that I haven't even thought about eating dinner. It is noted that even if you are not hungry you should still eat something. However if I would have attempted to eat, it would not have stayed down.

The Results are amazing. in the first week of the Personal Trainer Food diet program I lost NINE pounds! Changing my diet clearly has a great impact on my overall ability to lose weight. Before starting this program I exercised daily, but never seen results like this. Dieting properly (for me) is clearly 80% of the main factor to losing weight. I can't wait to see week two results!

I really think that lunch as the biggest meal makes the most sense- both for general health and energy AND weight loss.

Working out has never been a problem for me it is always sticking to a healthy diet that is my downfall. Now I've turned 40, diet is becoming a more important factor in staying healthy than it has ever been for me.

I like the idea of having lunch as the biggest meal of the day. I don't like eating something heavy right before bed.

Congratulations on dropping 9 lbs!
I haven't been so happy with what I have been feeling lately so this might be the way for me to drop some weight too.
