3/4 Liquid Diet Days: 13-16
Day:13
1 gallon of Water
water consumed throughout the day.
Food consumed: vegetable medley, bake chicken, rice, ritz crackers and peanut butter
No Laxative consumed
No bowel movement produced
Mood: happy, sleepy (my sleeping habits are still messed up), & slight headache
Keynote: I'm not feeling hungry but am feeling thirsty. Headaches can be caused by a host of things (sleep, cycle, etc).
Day: 14
I slept majority of the day. I had a bad headache (because of sleeping pattern) & acid reflux (don't know why)
2 glasses of Water
Food consumed: vegetable medley, bake chicken, rice, ritz crackers and peanut butter
No Laxative consumed
Solid bowel movement produced
Mood: upset, sleepy (my sleeping habits are still messed up), not feeling the need to drink water.
Day:15
Liquids consumed: 1 gallon of water
Gallon of water consumed throughout the day.
Bowel movements. (solid form)
Food consumed: bake Tilapia, Sweet Potato , iceberg lettuce
Mood: happy, clear-headed, not hungry, a little tired
Day 16: 1/2 gallon of water
Food consumed: 2 Mc Chickens, Apple pie
No Laxative consumed
No bowel movement produced
Mood: sleepy (my sleeping habits are still messed up), not feeling the need to drink water.
