Day 26: gallon of water
Bowel Movements produce
Food consumed: baked fish, & sweet potatoes
Mood: happy, energetic, slightly headache
Day 27: Gallon of Water
Drank 10 oz Laxative
Food consumed: baked fish, mixed vegetables, sweet potatoes
Bowel movement produced throughout the day
Mood: happy, sleepy (sleep pattern still messed up)
Day 28: Gallon of Water
No laxative
Food consumed: fish, chicken, & turkey tacos (corn tortillas)
Bowel movement produced.
Mode: happy & Sleep
Day 29:
No laxative
Food: Buffalo chicken sandwich with fires. Ground turkey & ritz crackers.
Bowel movement produced
Mood: energetic, sleepy, happy, alert
Day 30. A Gallon Of Water
Food consumed: vegetable medley, bake chicken, rice, ritz crackers and peanut butter
No bowel movement
Mood: happy & tired
